SSN is a not-for-profit organization. It needs generous donations for running the free community services, upgradation of medical services and all institutional expansion activities. SSN  acknowledge the support form philanthropists of the region, Assam Govt.,Govt. of India, North Eastern Council(NEC), Tea companies, charitable trusts, corporate bodies, individuals etc. in delivering  quality eye care.

SSN needs donation for

• Providing Free eye care services.

• Undertaking Expansion activities.
• Replacement/Up gradation and procurement of new instruments.
• Conducting Post Graduate Course.
• Facilitating Research activities.
